COOKING: A DOZEN WAYS TO COOK (MOSTLY) CHICKEN

Explore the world of poultry in this class where recipes from all over the United States will be demonstrated and produced. This hands-on course will make recipes such as: Pistachio Crusted Chicken, Chicken French, Turkey Scaloppini, Chicken Alfredo, Braised Chicken Thighs “Coq Au Vin”, New Orleans Artichoke and Mushroom Chicken, Macadamia Encrusted Chicken, Country Season Chicken, Stuffed Chili Chicken, and Pan Seared Duck Breast. Come learn from a professional chef!
