A gentle yoga class designed to promote increased mobility, flexibility, and balance. Yoga is practiced by people of all ages. Each class is an hour of relaxation and gentle movement. Those taking this class should be able to get up and down from the floor safely. Wear loose, comfortable clothing; bring a Yoga mat and Yoga strap.
This class will be offered via Zoom and any handouts will be emailed to all participants. All you have to do is log on at the appointed date and time and make sure the speakers on your device work. A web camera is not needed, although we'd love to see smiling faces! You'll be able to see the instructor and her screen, and ask questions verbally, or type them into a chat box. You must register with a valid email address as login instructions and any supplemental material will be emailed there.
You will receive an email with log-in instructions for the Zoom 'meeting room.' Zoom is a user-friendly conferencing platform, with the ability to create a live classroom experience.
Purchasing a "drop-in" date allows you to attend this class just once (or as many times as you like) without having to enroll in the class full-time.
