Reflexology is based in ancient traditions. It is a non-invasive way to engage the body's healing capacity and aid in relaxation and stress relief. According to the principles of Reflexology, the entire body can be affected by applying pressure and massage to the hands and feet. In this class you will: learn the theories of Reflexology, the locations of Reflex points on the hands, precautions and benefits of Reflexology, practice relaxing the hands and locating Reflexology points. During class, students will give and receive Reflexology. Registering with a friend or family member may increase comfort level with in-class practice.

Materials: Reflexology hand chart and lotion. These will be available for purchase in class for $9.  Bring lunch and a hand towel.
